This is the first program where we are working ODM enablement and piloting on a CDB program. Until now we always worked through the first program on a commercial program where we had more control here in the US.

Since it was agreed to develop in FTT for the CDB program, please keep Peter and I in the loop as you work through the process.

David and his team have the lead for program launch, but we would like to stay engaged to help where we can.

Wayne and his team have taken a lot of initiative to work with the tool before class and seem to have a solid understanding of the requirements. I believe they will succeed using the FTT tool, but we need to make sure we all stay on the same page and communicate needs and issues.

Please let us know if and when we can help.

Would it be a good idea to have a program interlock meeting to include David’s team, Wayne’s team and myself to formally work through who is responsible for what deliverables, what format and schedule?

Please let me know and I will set it up. In order to meet the global clock we will have to schedule early AM in the US.

◎ where = 關係代名詞，用來說明 program 的內容。

◎ ODM enablement
enable 是指使某人有能力處理某事，ODM enablement 就是負責訓練 ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) 廠商，使其有能力能處理某些案子。

◎ pilot on a CDB program =首次執行 CDB 專案 (這裡的意思有點模糊，這是關於客戶公司內部的事情，版主沒有更為詳細的資訊，但是意思大致如此。)

◎ stay on the same page and communicate needs and issues
大家都明瞭一切，彼此告知有何需求以及討論事情。
on the same page = (片語) If people are on the same page, they have the same information and are thinking the same way.

◎ program interlocking meeting
這裡的意思是讓不同團隊的人一起開會。

◎ who is reponsible for what deliverables, what format and schedule
誰該負責做什麼事，要遵循何種格式，還有討論進度表。

◎ I will set it up = 設定線上會議所需的一切 (現在都是跟 Novell 之類的廠商購買線上會議服務，讓全球各地的員工可以同時透過網路開會)。

◎ meet the global clock = 考慮到全球不同的時區來辦事。

◎ have to schedule early AM in the US.  = 會議時間必須訂在美國的清晨。
