好了，「小三」英文怎麼說呢？英文有個單字 “mistress” 就是指「情婦」或「第三者」的意思。

Mistress = woman having an illicit but regular sexual relationship with a married man
上面的定義過於死板，網友在日常生活中是很難看到有人會這樣說的。

commit adultery (犯通姦)

這個說法以及 adulterous (通姦的) / adulterer (男性的通姦者) / adulteress (女性的通姦者) 常見於《聖經》，用來指責對配偶不忠的罪人。

Unfaithful = having committed adultery (不忠)
=> Her husband is unfaithful to her. (她丈夫對她不忠。)
有部電影就叫 Unfaithful 《出軌》，由 Richard Gere (李察吉爾) 和 Diane Lane (黛安蓮恩)主演，講述妻子外遇的故事。

be having an affair (有外遇)
=> She is having an affair with her boss. (她與老板關係曖昧。 / 她與老板有一腿。)

cheat (背叛/偷吃) – 這裡不是「考試作弊」的意思
=> My husband cheated on me! (我老公背著我偷吃。) 這是固定用法，介系詞要用 on。
